Your guide to booking your wedding with Kilts 4 U...

1: THE CONSULTATION

Our first consultation should be by appointment to ensure our highly trained staff are available to guide you through the process of planning kilts for your special day. During that initial appointment we can discuss the many options available including having part of all of your outfit tailor made. We will arrange a full try on for the groom and help guide you towards a decision on how you would like all the wearers in your party to complement each other.

2: CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

A small deposit is taken to secure the booking & the groom will sign off a wedding specification which details all your individual requirements.

3: TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS

We would expect all wearers to be measured within 4 weeks of the initial booking. Anyone not able to come into the store would submit measures by e-mail, there is a measurement guide on-line or just give us a call if you need any help. Re-measures should be done 6 weeks before the wedding.

All children are re-measured 6 weeks before the wedding. Any adults who feel they may have lost or gained weight would return at this time or give us a call to discuss.

4: YOUR FINAL BILL

The wedding should be paid in full and all security paperwork in place 2 weeks prior to your outfits collection date.

5: COLLECTION

The wedding is collected from the appropriate store on the date agreed at booking. All wearers should try their outfits on, in the comfort of their own homes. Should any changes be required please call the store and we will make arrangements to resolve any adjustments you may require.

6: RETURN OF YOUR HIRED OUTFIT(S)

Thank you for booking your wedding at Kilts 4 U, we look forward to seeing you after the wedding when you return the outfits. This is normally one or two days after the wedding, but can be confirmed when booking.
